What is your cancellation and lateness policy?

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours notice. If you will be late, let us know as early as possible. Please note that your session starts at the time it is scheduled, not when you arrive.
If you do not show up for your appointment, or do not give proper notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
